What kind of information can I find in the Reports?
The Hospital Performance Report contains information about the quality of care provided by hospitals located in the seven counties of Southeast Michigan—Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Livingston, Monroe and St. Clair.
The Physician Organization (PO) Performance Report shows how well physicians in each PO provide care for their patients according to various topics. Doctors also use this Report to see how their PO performs compared to other POs, to learn from each other’s performance and to improve the care they give.
The Consumer Survey Report (in the section “Other Reports”) shows how consumers in Southeast Michigan rate the care they are receiving for chronic diseases like diabetes and asthma.
