Physician List by Physician Organization

The list below shows the physicians that belong to each PO included in the Report. It is sorted alphabetically by PO name; within each PO there is an alphabetical list by the physician's last name. This list includes each physician's last name and degree (MD or DO). These physician lists are based on the physicians' PO affiliations through contracts in place with the health plans as of December 31, 2010.
